Terms of Service

By creating an account or using AhiaUlo, you agree to these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

AhiaUlo is a curated online retail store selling quality everyday essentials directly to customers across Nigeria. We are a single seller: every product on ahiaulo.ng is sold and fulfilled by us, not by third-party individuals. When you place an order, you are buying directly from AhiaUlo.

Payment processing. All payments are processed securely by Paystack. AhiaUlo never stores your full card number, CVV, or PIN on our servers. Delivery is arranged through our logistics partner, GIG Logistics, nationwide.

You must be able to enter a binding contract under applicable law to use AhiaUlo. You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure and for activity under your account. Provide accurate information when you register and keep your profile reasonably up to date.

When you place an order you make an offer to purchase. A contract is formed only once we confirm your order and Paystack confirms your payment. Product descriptions, images, and prices are provided in good faith; we may correct obvious pricing or listing errors and will notify you before fulfilling an affected order.

All prices are shown in Nigerian Naira (₦) and include a flat nationwide delivery fee where applicable. Stock is limited and availability is not guaranteed until your order is confirmed. We may cancel an order (with a full refund) if an item is out of stock, priced in error, or cannot be delivered to your address.

Payments are processed by Paystack on our behalf. AhiaUlo does not receive or store your full card details. By paying you confirm you are authorised to use the payment method. Fraudulent or chargeback-abusive orders may be cancelled and investigated. If you are charged in error, contact us at info@ahiaulo.ng and we will work with Paystack to resolve it.

We deliver nationwide via GIG Logistics. Estimated delivery is 3–7 working days from order confirmation, depending on your location. Delivery dates are estimates, not guarantees, and may be affected by circumstances outside our control. Title and risk of loss pass to you when the parcel is delivered to the address you provide.

Please provide an accurate, complete delivery address and a reachable phone number. We are not responsible for delays or failed delivery caused by incorrect address details. Returns and replacements are governed by our Returns & Refunds Policy.

AhiaUlo Coins are a loyalty reward you can earn through daily check-ins and redeem at checkout (1 Coin = ₦1 discount). Coins may be redeemed up to a maximum of 20% of your order value and expire 30 days after they are earned. Coins have no cash value, are non-transferable, and may be adjusted or withdrawn for accounts that attempt to game or abuse the rewards system.

You may not:

• Use the service for fraud, money laundering, or other unlawful activity
• Impersonate another person or misrepresent affiliation
• Scrape, harvest, or systematically extract data without permission
• Interfere with platform security or attempt unauthorized access
• Circumvent bans, rate limits, or safety controls
• Abuse AhiaUlo Coins or the daily check-in rewards system

The AhiaUlo name, branding, software, and site design are owned by us or our licensors. You may not copy, modify, or distribute our branding or software except as allowed by these Terms or with written permission.

You may stop using AhiaUlo at any time and may request account deletion from your profile settings where available. We may suspend or terminate access if you violate these Terms, create risk for other users, or if we discontinue the service.

The service is provided "as is" and "as available." To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant uninterrupted or error-free operation.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, AhiaUlo and its operators will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the service. Our total liability for any claim relating to the service is limited to the greater of (a) the amount you paid us for the order giving rise to the claim, or (b) NGN 10,000.

You agree to defend and indemnify AhiaUlo against claims arising from your use of the service, your violation of these Terms, or applicable law.

We may update these Terms periodically. We will post the updated Terms on this page and revise the "Last updated" date. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria. Disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Nigeria, without prejudice to any mandatory consumer protections that apply.
